If you would like to return your item please contact us at support@wadehutton.com. Please include your name, order number, and reason for your return. We have in place a 14-day policy, therefore the returns must be initiated within this period and the item must be unworn and in new condition (this includes undamaged packaging and stickers still in place). Shipping cost is only covered by seller for faulty/incorrect products only, for change of mind or any other reason the buyer must pay for return shipping costs.

If you choose to return an item, you will either be issued with a store credit or refund for the same amount, depending on the situation. Change of mind returns incur a 20% restocking fee. We do not offer any returns or refunds for 'sale' items at the moment.  We also do not offer refunds on sizing issues (as we are an online retailer, it is the customer's responsibility to check the sizing of the watches and accessories prior to purchasing online).

Our product pages contain all the information regarding the product and the size. As we are an online retailer, this puts the responsibility on the consumer to double-check that they indeed want to purchase the product based on the images and specifications.

At this stage, we do not offer returns or refunds for orders with discounts/sales of 30% and above, this allows us to give you the best possible prices. Thank you for understanding.
